History
Joule Yacht Transport, Inc. was founded in 1954 when Dick Joule (pronounced “joel”) needed to get his boat from the water to his New York home. In developing a safe boat trucking system, he created the basis of today’s marine transport standards.

We are honored to be involved with the WWII Veterans History Project in saving the remaining Higgins Boats LCVP (Landing Craft, Vehicle, Personnel) that were used in amphibious operations during WWII.
